Thank you to my initial 100 testers! Your feedback so far has been inspiring and much of it is listed in the section below. I am continuing this test phase because your feedback has been so valuable to the continuation of this healthy skin project.
We still have limited quantities, but I'm hoping to add 200 more testers. I appreciate any recommendations. I am holding extra serums for testers so we won't have a delay if you want to reorder.
My Story: I think I've made a small innovation in skin care. I'd love your opinion, feedback, inspiration - and participation as a tester if you're interested.
With the help of an advanced bio-tech laboratory, I've been testing a system of 3 skin repair serums on my face, neck, and head for two years. The lab has also conducted clinical tests with great results.
I'd rather be out living my life to the fullest than standing in front of a mirror applying lotions. This simple-to-use system only takes a minute to apply and really works to reset aging and environmentally damaged skin like mine. It will make anyone's skin healthier and more elastic.

I've had a long history of testing natural body care products, supplements and ingredients through some of our amazing clients at Alternatives, so I knew who to ask for help. As most of you know, I'm a bit of a mad scientist and I’m genuinely interested in the discovery process.
Healthy and natural products have always been part of my life. In the early 1960's my Mom became obsessed with "health food" and "natural products." She made natural face creams that we tested and she gave my sister and me ashtrays full of supplements to test for breakfast. (She got my Dad to quit smoking and we had a lot of really cool unused ashtrays!)

Tester Feedback
To further test the skin health project regimen that I had been developing for almost 2 years now, the 100 testers, who purchased their test samples for $99, have been giving me ongoing feedback and completed several surveys. Some of their comments and answers to survey questions are listed below.
• "I've been using this face serum regiment and I'm absolutely loving it! My skin, which is typically dry, feels incredibly hydrated and looks much healthier. It has a beautiful glow and feels so soft. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a boost of moisture."
• "I have not completed 30:days…only half way and results dramatic. Try to use twice a day (which I think is ideal), but often only manage once because I fall asleep before I get to the before bed application! Some made comments like:
• "It's fast and easy and my skin feels good."
• "It’s kind of a bother but reasonable."
When asked "If you have noticed a difference in your skin, what did you notice?" the initial tester responses in order of ranking were: (#3 had 3 of the same ranking)
#1 - feels smoother
#2 - improved texture
#3 - more elasticity
- fuller - less thin and fragile
- improved brightness that people notice
#4 - smoothing fine lines and wrinkles
#5 - reduced spots and blemishes
#6 - reduced inflammation
#7 - faster healing
When asked "Did you notice any skin irritation when using the serums?"
• 70% of the testers said "no"
•. 18% of the testers replied "other" and gave comments like below:
• "Only with glycolic acid, and only in the beginning."
• "Slight irritation (burning) from the glycolic at first, but not after continued use"
• "Most of the time I did not notice an irritation. A few times, after applying the exfoliator it twinged a bit; but no visible irritation."
• "I broke out when I first started to use the product. But it went away quickly and has not recurred."
• 4 testers replied "Yes"
(Note from Mark: Irritation is an important question for me. I want the products to be potent enough to actually make a positive impact on the skin - and I want them to be enjoyable to use. The first serum, Release, is a specialized glycolic acid formulation. It is an effective exfoliant which penetrates the skin to break the bonds holding dead cells and pulls them out. This also pulls toxins from the skin and this can cause some irritation initially - a mild tingling or slight burning sensation. I feel this after I shave my face or my head and apply it. For most people, the skin adjusts quickly to this. Using less of the first step, Release, or using it every other day in the beginning can help if you experience sensitivity. The next 2 steps, Receive and Restore, hydrate and nourish and should be used immediately following step 1 to calm the exfoliation process. All 3 should be applied one after the other in about a minute)
This was a positive message from someone with an existing irritated condition:
• "Appears to be more effective than Clotrimazole and Betamethasone at controlling and/or eliminating infection." (Note from Mark: This is one person's experience and I'm not making any claims - I don't even know what those things are!)
When asked "Have you noticed any difference in your skin since using the serums?"
• 75% replied "yes"
• 21% said they "can't really tell yet"
• 1 tester replied "no"
When asked "How long does it take you to apply all 3 serums?"
• 80% of the initial 100 testers said "about a minute or less"
When asked "How long do these serums last?"
• 30% of the initial testers said they lasted for 30 days
• 33% of the initial testers said they lasted for 30 - 60 days
• 33% of the initial testers said they lasted for 60 - 90 days
(Note from Mark: A small amount of the serums goes a long way - it can be used anywhere on your body, so depending on your personal preferences, the "lasting" time may vary)
When asked "Would you recommend these serums to friends?"
• 86% replied "yes, happily"
• None of the initial 100 testers surveyed answered "I don't think so"
• The rest said they "needed more time testing"
